The UAP Connection
Dimensions and the phenomenon

The UAP Reality

Since 2017, a cascade of official disclosures has fundamentally changed the UAP conversation. Military pilots, radar operators, and intelligence officials have confirmed encounters with objects that exhibit characteristics beyond any known technology: instantaneous acceleration, transmedium travel, hypersonic velocity without visible propulsion, and apparent anti-gravity behaviour.

In 2023, a senior intelligence official testified under oath before the United States Congress about the existence of non-human intelligence and recovered materials of non-human origin. The conversation has moved from "do UAPs exist?" to "what are they?" This is where extra dimensions become relevant.

The Interdimensional Hypothesis

The interdimensional hypothesis proposes that UAPs and their occupants originate not from distant stars but from dimensions adjacent to our own. First articulated by Jacques Vallée, John Keel, and others, this framework explains several features of the phenomenon that the extraterrestrial hypothesis struggles with.

UAPs are often observed to appear and vanish rather than arriving and departing. They exhibit properties consistent with objects or beings that can step on and off our brane — visible when intersecting our three-dimensional space, invisible when in the bulk. The interdimensional hypothesis does not replace the extraterrestrial hypothesis. It subsumes it: a civilisation with access to extra dimensions would not need faster-than-light travel to reach us. It would simply need to cross a dimensional boundary.

NHI in Context

Non-human intelligence, in an extra-dimensional framework, is not necessarily alien life from another planet. It could be life native to the bulk, or life on another brane, or life that has developed the technology to access dimensions beyond the three we inhabit.

This distinction matters. The search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) assumes that NHI must communicate via electromagnetic signals across the vastness of space. But if NHI exists in adjacent dimensions, it could be present everywhere and nowhere from our perspective — undetectable by instruments confined to our brane, yet potentially close enough to interact.

Broader Anomalous Phenomena

The extra-dimensional framework does not only apply to UAPs. Throughout recorded history, humans have reported experiences that defy conventional physics: apparitions, out-of-body experiences, shared anomalous events, and encounters with non-human beings. These reports exist across every culture, every era, and every continent.

An extra-dimensional framework does not validate every such report. But it provides a physics-based vocabulary for discussing phenomena that have previously been relegated to folklore, religion, or pathology. If extra dimensions exist, some fraction of these experiences may represent genuine cross-dimensional perception or interaction — rare, unpredictable, but real.
